PURCHASES AND RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to ensure you have an accurate detailed description of our products including size and colour guides.
We encourage you to ask any questions prior to purchase of our products.
If you have a question about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase. However, if you are unsure then we suggest you size up as it is guaranteed that your little darling will continue to grow.

Refunds are offered through PayPal and the cost of postage is deducted from the refund amount
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, The Elizabeth collection is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind or wrong sizing.
*The following items cannot be returned for due to hygiene reasons- Tights & Hair bows / Hair Ties and all Hair Accessories, Silicone bibs.
In certain circumstances, we may accommodate an online credit or refund for sizing subject to availability. However, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
The outcome of a refund is at The Elizabeth Collection discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size.
If you wish to exchange and item due to incorrect size, please get in contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If an exchange is offered, items must not have been worn, altered or washed and have the original labels & swing tags in place.
ITEMS SENT VIA UNTRACKED LETTER POSTAGE
The Elizabeth Collection offers untracked letter postage in a hard envelope for small items such as our silicone bibs. This delivery method is at the risk of the customer as it is untracked. If undelivered or missing The Elizabeth Collection accepts no responsibility. A refund, replacement or enquiry into location of parcel, will not be offered or undertaken by The Elizabeth Collection.
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email email@example.com
Please check your item over carefully upon receiving it as all faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of item to be eligible for a return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period.
We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our return policy requirements *see conditions. Once the item is returned it will be checked that it meets requirements and conditions, if so a refund will be issued through PayPal.
SALE ITEMS – DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS & PROMOTIOMAL ITEMS
There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully.
Once your order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer. Final acceptance of the order is given by The Elizabeth Collection and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Refunds, returns and online credits are at the discretion of The Elizabeth Collection
- We DO NOT do straight exchanges. We DO NOT hold stock for exchanges. Since we cannot guarantee the availability of that item and sizing.
- Online credits can be used to purchase another size or item.
- All refunds & credits are the value of the item/s only and do not include postage cost
- We highly recommend inspecting all the items in your order upon receipt (even when purchasing for a baby that may not be born yet) to ensure any returns or credits that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame.
- The following items cannot be returned for store credit due to hygiene reasons- Socks + Tights.
- Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels and swing tags intact. Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a health risk. Goods must also be returned odour free - (Free of Cigarettes , dampness etc)
- Cost of shipping the returned item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Items purchased using AFTERPAY follow the same return conditions. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay. We do not cancel AFTERPAY payments.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back any item. Items need to meet our conditions and be returned within 14 days after contacting us requesting return. This is extended to 20 days for International parcels and remote country areas.
Request for return needs to be raised within 7 days of receiving your item

No strong scent, perfume or deodorant
No pet fur
We inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Postage will be paid by the customer.
The Elizabeth Collection is not responsible for missing packages and we advise the use of tracked services.
