All orders are will be processed within 2 days of receiving order. This excludes orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details. The Elizabeth Collection offers Free Standard Domestic Shipping within Australia on orders of $100 and over. A Flat rate $8.50 is charged for orders under this amount.
The Elizabeth Collection delivers Nationwide via Australia Post e-satchels and offers Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Orders arrive in 3-6 Business days depending on your location and 3-12 business days during high volume sale period, which includes end of season sales and holiday periods.
Express Shipping: Orders arrive in 1-5 Business Days depending on your location.
The Elizabeth Collection offers Free International Shipping on orders of $125 and over. A flat rate of $25 is charged on any orders under this amount.
International orders are sent via Australia Post international, with a delivery window of approximately 4-10 working days depending on location. All goods will be declared as commercial merchandise and at their full retail value excluding GST.
